Weiss Building & Development offers our customers complete custom services. You can choose one of our lots to build on. We can build on your own existing lot, or we can help you search for a lot that is right for you. We can build wherever you like in the Chicago area. 

Our current lots are located in the master planned Henneberry Woods subdivision located in Oswego and Yorkville. Henneberry Woods is designed to contain 357 home sites located amongst naturally preserved prairie lands, rolling hills, and wooded backdrops. The subdivision is planned to be divided in to 8 neighborhoods, which are all linked natural trails. There will also be a community clubhouse for homeowners in Henneberry Woods with a dual pool aquatic center.  The current phases are located in Oswego School District 308, and the Oswegoland Park District. Currently, Weiss Building & Development has Lot 45 in Unit 2. This lot is located  next to one of the great trails. The back of the home faces an open space with a great view of water lands. Behind the open space is a great forest backdrop. The map adjacent shows the location of this lot, with some actual pictures from the street in front.

Weiss Building & Development also has lots 55 and 60, as well as lots 12 and 29 in Unit 1 of Henneberry Woods.

In St. Charles, Weiss Building & Development has lot 78 of The Burr Hill Club available to build on.  It is one of the last in the neighborhood, and backs up to the 10th tee box of Royal Hawk Country Club.
