We have just moved in to our new home.  We absolutely love all the features of the home, and the layout.  At first, we were hesitant about purchasing a spec home, but as we have lived in it, we have come to realize how well it was planned and laid out.  We specifically admire all of the detail work in the home.  We can tell the house was built by terrific craftsmen with the trim work, flooring, and other architectural elements. 

We also appreciate how quickly you completed the minor work we wanted done before our move in.  The color changes to the bedrooms and the master bath made our home feel like it was built for us.   The fact that you came back after our move in and retouched some of our scuffs was also unexpected and appreciated. 

Your personable nature was refreshing.  We enjoyed our walk through, and were happy to find a manual with the instructions for the mechanical equipment and appliances.  We also found it helpful that you were quick to respond to our questions, and personally show us things if we could not find them ourselves.

We are highly recommending Weiss Building and Development based on our experience with Brandon Weiss.  Brandon did not come to us as a referral, we found his company on the internet.  Even though we personally know two other builders, to this day we know we made the right choice in hiring Brandon.  From the time we met him, he was a true professional in every way.
Between us, we’ve owned thirteen houses and presently own four.  We’ve worked with many contractors for various home improvement projects over the years, so we are not novices.  On top of that, we are very demanding clients (a real estate broker / do-it-yourselfer and an engineer).   We conducted a thorough search for a builder for this home addition project, contacting possibly ten different builders.  Most builders were deterred by our detailed plans, but Brandon never once waivered.  He was completely committed to completing the job to our specifications.
Brandon instantly went to work once we signed a contract with him, applying for permits, arranging the survey, procuring materials.  He let us know the schedule, when payments were expected, when material decisions were needed.  He helped us by providing brochures and prices for doors, windows, hardware, finishes and paint colors.  He was very clear about how our selections would impact the cost of the project.
With breaking ground January 29th in extremely adverse weather conditions, Brandon was still able to have the project, including basement, done within seven weeks – well within schedule.  He was on the job site every single day, with a full work crew.  Never once did our project sit idle.
We could not be more satisfied with Weiss Building and Development and have no hesitation in recommending Brandon.  Brandon Weiss is a rare commodity.

Weiss Development built our home, we purchased it from an investor who left it sit for about a year before we came along.
It needed some attention and had never had the 1 year builders walk through. Since we were technically the second owners
We weren’t entitled to the original warranty but we contacted Brandon Weiss and he took care of all the issues and then some.
