These are the highest honors available for green building through the US Green Building Council and the National Association of Home Builders, respectively. We have also earned the Graduate Master Builder (GMB) and Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designations through the National Association of Home Builders, through our continuing education and knowledge of quality home building and customer service. The Graduate Master Builder certification is the highest honor earned by a builder through proven experience, quality, ethical business practices, testing, and classes designed to set apart builders who are dedicated to their trade.
To set ourselves apart from other builders, we stay focused on learning about the constant stream of new building products and sciences available. We pride ourselves in our education and knowledge of the latest building sciences, and subscribe to related journals and publications to stay up on those sciences. We also attend the International Builders Show on an annual basis, both to see new products and take part in the educational seminars and classes. Continuing education is a focal point of the company. Owner, Brandon Weiss, views himself as not only a builder, but a building scientist.
We hand walk our customers through the building process. Customer service and education is a staple of our company. We realize that you have hired us to build your home, and we will make sure we educate you on all selections as you go. We also give you ample notice on all upcoming selections, so that you are not rushed into a decision on something important in your home. We also give our customers the flexibility of a cost plus a fixed percentage agreement, or a fixed contract price.
